Fizzy Cult Privacy Policy
Fizzy Cult is developed by Cultworks. This policy explains what data the Fizzy Cult Android phone and Android TV apps collect and how that data is used.
Data We Collect
- Account data: email address and password hash when you create an account.
- Anonymous session data: a generated user id and authentication tokens.
- User content: exercises, routines, routine steps, and pairing codes you create.
- Technical data: basic request data needed to operate and secure the backend API.
How We Use Data
- To let you create, save, and sync routines between phone and Android TV.
- To authenticate app sessions and protect your account.
- To operate, debug, secure, and improve the service.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers to run the service, including hosting, database, and static-site infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to operate Fizzy Cult.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and routine data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and associated app data from inside the app. You can also request deletion from the web instructions at fizzycult.pages.dev/account-deletion/.
Children
Fizzy Cult is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are not old enough to use online services in your country.
